Additional details about Required Licensure Certification: • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field is required. • Experience with project management and developing communication/marketing strategies in preferred. • University of higher-education experience is strongly preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department.

Essential Functions: Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: • Develop and manage website content for multiple BHAS web properties, perform research to identify website development best practices, and determine target audiences to better inform. • Manage website analytics - run reports, analyze findings, and present to supervisor. Make suggestions for improvement. • Perform research and develop marketing/advertising strategies to enhance the departmental image and outreach efforts and enhance website visits. Present findings to leadership, as well as design and implement plans. • Contribute to the team's efforts to develop and manage initiatives relating to marketing, advertising, social media, and image and brand development for department. Ensure consistency and alignment with department standards as well University standards and mission. • Cultivate and sustain working relationships with other University departments to create partnerships. • Act as a back-up resource for department experts to ensure coverage (social media, email, photography/video, graphic design). • Other special projects and events as assigned, including but not limited to Pitt Arrival and Student Move-out.
