Core responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing coverage and support to the Research & Innovation office regarding Pre-award and Post-award grant transactions.
- Developing timelines and checklists to track proposals and documents for submission deadlines.
- Entering necessary documents into the OSPREY system.
- Assisting with monthly reconciliations of grant transactions, report writing, and budget tracking.
- Confirming receipt of items purchased via grant funds to move forward approval to the BCST for payment.
- Managing CHHS Grants inbox and responding and troubleshooting as necessary. Directing questions to the appropriate department or team member.
