Physical Requirements

This position requires intermittently sitting at a computer workstation for extendedperiods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions; and occasionally standingor walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pullingobjects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Primarily dayshift; Monday thru Friday.

Job Summary

Supervise Pharmacy Patient Support Representatives. Oversee staffing needs and team schedule. Develop and review team metrics. Lead team meetings and enforce departmental policies. Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record ( EHR). Provide and promote excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope. Oversee and assist with other tasks required by the position.
