Job Summary
The Finance and Administration (F&A) Business Support Center ( BSC) is seeking a Finance and Administration Project Specialist Principal to provide project management leadership to Human Resources' (HR) directed projects. This team member will work collaboratively between the BSC and HR teams leading all phases of assigned projects with high aptitude for meeting defined project success. The successful candidate will bring well-defined project management experience and ability to work with leadership roles performing duties with strong degrees of organization, prioritization, confidentiality and professionalism. This role will work well in cross-functional projects – personally managing the flow of information in an accurate and timely fashion, as well as having established experience preparing high-quality presentations and executive summary documentation. The incumbent will possess strong initiative skills and the ability to adjust style and efforts to complement the needs of the team. This role will report primarily to the Director of Finance and Administration of the BSC team with additional reporting to the Associate Vice President for Human Resource Operations.
