Job Summary
The Center for Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking an individual to work on a grant-funded research study interviewing and administering surveys to adults that have a recent history of drug use.
Duties include recruiting participants, collecting survey data, and conducting qualitative interviews. The successful candidate will also assist with coordinating daily operations; drafting study materials; serving as a liaison; monitoring the study tracking system; preparing reports; and performing other duties as assigned.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with participants and developing a partnership with the research team, community-based partners, staff and administration.
This is a limited-term (2 year) position with a possibility of continuance and located in Louisville, KY.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Data collection knowledge; basic computer skills including MS windows, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; REDCap (or other survey platform); social media skills.
