The Department of Mathematics, College of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University anticipates openings for four non-tenure track, 9-month, visiting faculty positions beginning Fall 2023.
Our Visiting Assistant Professor positions are three-year appointments and carry a three course per year teaching load, as well as research. These positions are full time for 9 months each of the three academic years beginning Fall 2023. They are intended for those who have recently finished their Ph.D. The area of specialization is open, however preference will be given to candidates whose research interests are close to those of our existing faculty. For full consideration, applications should be received by November 15, 2022, and early applications are encouraged.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Mathematics, or related field.
