Business Specialist
Location: Fergus Falls, Minnesota with hybrid remote work opportunities available

Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Business Specialist role, you’ll support the project needs of the Supply Engineering department. Day to day, that might include:
* Support projects by assisting Project Managers in preparing project-related schedules and cost analysis and provide progress tracking
* Prepare and forecast departmental budgets
* Manage all tasks pertaining to purchasing, receiving, accounts payable and receivable, work orders and other tasks as required
* Design, prepare and create correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
* Administer Continuous Improvement program for department
* Supervise and develop Department Assistant

* This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.
* Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.
* An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, or professional administrative certification or equivalent work experience is preferred.
