Stewardship Marketing Coordinator, Annual Giving
STEWARDSHIP MARKETING COORDINATOR, ANNUAL GIVING, Alumni Association, to manage and coordinate large-scale stewardship projects for the Office of Annual Giving. Will execute e-mail and print stewardship campaigns for Annual Giving and campus partners; monitor the performance of e-mail campaigns and provide analysis; collaborate with Annual Giving and Strategic Communications and Marketing colleagues to brainstorm and deliver creative solutions to achieve goals for the Donor Relations and Stewardship team; aid in the development and implementation of donor stewardship events; and implement well-planned stewardship for annual loyal and leadership donors.
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in a related field; at least two years' digital communications experience, preferably in stewardship/donor relations, communications, or related field; experience creating and implementing professional email and digital marketing campaigns; ability to synthesize, evaluate, and communicate information in a clear and cohesive manner; excellent problem-solving, analytical, data interpretation, organizational, project management, decision-making, interpersonal, customer service, and communication (written, verbal, listening) skills; discretion with confidential and sensitive materials/issues; ability to use digital marketing platforms to deploy communications and gain proficiency with current digital marketing platforms (Cvent, Acoustic, iModules); experience working with content management systems (CMS) and database management; fluency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; proven ability to learn new software and navigate complex databases; and willingness to learn and adapt. Must be able to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines without compromising quality in a demanding, high-volume work environment; engage effectively with leadership, staff, donors, alumni, and other external constituents; and work independently and collaborate as a team member who is willing to lend a hand at all times. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as will the ability and willingness to travel.
This position will be hybrid, with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
