Primary responsibility includes developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement for UpCurve Cloud. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout Google, our partner network, and internally to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
➔Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement
➔Execute campaigns across all channels, including email, advertising, social media, website/blogs, events, and other channels as needed
➔Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and within Google to develop and launch product campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
➔Analyze market trends, Google releases, and competitor activity to develop effective marketing plans that drive business growth
➔Manage UpCurve’s brand image and reputation across all channels and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
➔Develop and manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
➔Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative strategies to increase market share and grow revenue.
➔Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that UpCurve remains competitive and innovative in the Google ecosystem.
Additional Responsibilities
★Web Development
○Oversee the daily operations of UpCurve’s website, including managing the content and design of the site; ensuring that it is up-to-date; integrating with Hubspot, Zoho CRM, support and licensing portals; and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
○Create and implement website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and news articles.
○Develop and maintain website architecture, ensuring that it is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
○Ensure that the website is aligned with the organization's overall branding and messaging.
○Monitor website performance (including site traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates) and make necessary improvements.
○Manage website updates, including DNS, software patches and upgrades, to ensure that the website is always functioning at peak performance.
★Graphic Design
○Design visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, white papers, social media graphics, presentations, newsletters, email templates, and other digital and print materials.
○Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet Google Cloud’s objectives and communicate the brand’s message effectively.
○Create website designs and landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and on-brand.
○Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and other digital and print materials.
○Create and maintain system templates related to internal and customer-related billing, licensing, and support systems
★Miscellaneous
○Develop business plan and annual/quarterly roadmap with Google as it relates to Google Cloud partner recertification and sales requirements.
○Manage customer subscriptions and usage related to Google Cloud Platform.
○Oversee channel partner relationships, billing, and commission reimbursement.
○Assist with the development and implementation of new billing processes to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the billing system.
○Create and maintain technical documentation, training modules, and video recordings to be used by support department-led training.
○Packaging, mailing, and tracking promotional items to customers and channel partners.
