CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES
Office position available for Rock Falls agricultural company.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to multitask is helpful.
- Provide superior customer service while working in a team environment
- Customer service responsibilities with assigned customer accounts
- Process incoming orders in a timely manner from receipt of order through pricing, terms, credit status, order entry and release
- Communicate and understand customer's expectations
- Identify and Implement actions to address sales opportunities and streamlined processes
- Assist customers with trouble shooting, product suggestions and technical information
- Participate in processes, organization and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety in the office
- Assist with accounting work as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
